About Emerald Property Management

Bob McCarty and Heather Weiss started working in property management in 2013. Bob went on to found Emerald Property Management, and since then we have grown our managed portfolio from 50 units to more than 300 units across the Greater Rockford area.

We are locally owned, and our office is right here at 631 N Longwood St in Rockford. Our sister company, Emerald Realty, helps investors find and buy rental properties, so owners can work with one local team from the purchase through day-to-day management.
