Bob McCarty and Heather Weiss started working in Property Management in 2013. Eventually, Bob started his own company, Emerald Property Management. Over that time, we have taken our managed portfolio from 50 units to over 300 units. In 2023, Bob helped our investor clients close on a property once per week on average. Bob looks forward to helping our clients to expand their portfolio of properties in 2024 and into the future.
